He was fined $620, suspended on condition of good behavior for two years. ORANGE COUNTY SUPERIOR COURT- CRIMINAL DIVISION CHELSEA--The following cases were heard before Judge Michael J. Harris at Orange County Criminal Division in Chelsea on Nov. 29 and all defendants were released without bail, unless noted otherwise. Arraignments Kevin Larocque, 39, of Brookfield pleaded innocent to DUI on November 12. The arresting agency was VSP in Royalton. Justin Lemieux, 35, of Northfield pleaded innocent to DUI, second offense on Nov. 15. The arresting agency was the Orange County Sheriff's Department. Edwin L. Farnham, 3 1, of Williamstown pleaded innocent to domestic assault and vehiele operation with suspended license on Oct. 10; and DLS and violation of conditions of release on Oct. 21. The arresting agencies were VSP in Middlesex and VSP in Royalton. Susan Morris, 55, of Bradford pleaded innocent to two counts of violation of conditions of release on Oct. 13 and 15. The arresting agency was the Bradford Police Department. Senteneings Caleb R. Serra, 23, pleaded guilty to vehicle operation with reckless or gross negligence, amended from DUI, on September 16. The arresting agency was VSP in St. Johnsbury. Hewas sentenced to pay $773 in f'mes and surcharges. Paul Mahaffy, 23, of East Randolph pleaded guilty to careless or negligent vehicle operation, amended from DUI, on Aug. 17. The arresting agency was VSP in Royalton. He was ordered to pay $1,010 in fines and surcharges. Dennis Eugene Amidon, 42, of Newport pleaded guilty to DLS on Oct. 19. The arresting agency was VSP in St. Johnsbury. Amidon was sentenced to $542 in frees and surcharges. *** Shilow J. Parker, 43, of Hinesburg pleaded guilty to a felony of DUI (alcohol, drugs or both), third offense on May 24. A charge of DLS was dismissed by the state. The arresting agency was VSP in Royalton. Parker was sentenced to serve one to three years at the Chittenden Correctional Facility, pay $307 in surcharges.
